I feel like I have been given a peek into the world of today's student. At this point, all the plans that I had for collecting items for our IB schools across the district have switched from paper to digital. The possibilities are endless both within our distrct and beyond our borders. Thank you for leading us!

My GT cluster class studies bats. The first assignment is to survey whether they like or dislike bats. In the past, we have hand carried our survey to diferent classes and then compiled the data. Polleverywhere would be great for this. I could inform the teachers and they could have their students vote in the computer labs.

I find it harder to incorporate technology into my classroom due to the fact that the students do not have lab tops.

I find the most limiting factor in using the wiki tech approach is the slow/old age of classroom computers. I absolutely love the concept for incorporation of this tech approach to the classroom...it takes me from small, rural town to the universe.
